  “ANOTHER ONE ! Beautifully crafted burger at Perla Yet again. Best burger spot in town? TBD. Meat was on point as well as cheese. Lost a few points on the bun and toppings / sauce and maybe it’s because I’m spoiled . Bun held on to the end and was there for the last bite but could have been a touch thicker. The toppings/ sauce were tasty as well but if I had to knit pick that’s where they could improve for a full 10, and the entire WOW factor . Then again maybe I’m just getting spoiled here. GREAT Burger.”

  “This is one of my favorite burgers in Wilmington. The bun is high class. The meat is perfect, seasoned and smashed with the crisp. The toppings were great and the sauce was amazing. Bun was soft but toasted. High class burger with a $20 price tag. Great spot.”

  “All Around Great Burger, bun was soft yet crispy. Cheese perfectly melted and the toppings were fresh. The burger wasn’t too heavy and we left feeling good, not sluggish. I could have crushed Another one. I could have used a tad more sauce.”
