One address for everything: info@burgerbros.us. A real person reads it, usually the same day. Put your badge number in the subject if you have one and it goes faster.

Tap "Forgot your PIN?" on the sign-in screen, or go to burgerbros.us/forgot. A reset link goes to the email on your badge. If that email is no longer yours, write to us and we will sort it out by hand.

Every inspection has a Report button, on the website and in the app, under the helpful and not-helpful votes. Pick a reason, add a note if you like, and it goes straight to the Commissioner, never to the inspector. Reports are reviewed within a few days; an inspection that breaks the pledge comes down, and a badge that keeps breaking it is revoked.

Next to Report is Block inspector. Block someone and their reports stop showing for you, on the website and in the app. Grades do not change and they are not told. Undo it any time in Settings under "Inspectors you blocked". For anything else, email us with a link to the case file.

Wrong hours, wrong address, new name, new owner, closed for good: email the correction and we fix the record. A grade is one inspector's opinion of a burger on one day, not a fact about your business, and it has nothing to do with health or sanitation. We will take down a review that breaks the pledge; we won't remove an honest low grade, but if you have changed the burger, say so and we will send an inspector back.

Settings → Delete my badge, on the website or in the iPhone app. It asks for your PIN and removes your account, your email and every inspection you filed, right away. Would rather we did it? Email us from the address on your badge.
