The bun was great, soft and a light steam to the outside and toasted inside. The onion straws and fried egg were a nice burst of flavor combined with the bacon. The cheese looked like velveeta that hadn’t even melted yet, just slapped on cold. Asked how I wanted the burger done and I said Medium. They burned that sucker to a crisp. The Bloody Mary ketchup was very nice though and covered the burnt taste. Not many places you can get grits as a side to a burger so that’s a plus. Every table was filled but the service was timely and everyone was friendly!”
