Went with their house style “champion burger” and was not disappointed. This place is as simple as it gets from the outside to the food but they keep it simple and have been getting it right since 1966. Burger didn’t come with much with the mustard and onion and pickles and they add a little ketchup and mayo to round it out without having too much sauce. Onions were crisp and sharp, could tell they were cut recently and the pickles were crisp also. Bun was soft and it wasn’t too cheesy which is better for my stomach. They didn’t ask if I wanted cheese and it didn’t say it came with cheese but it tasted like a kraft single. Meat could have had a little more flavor, didn’t taste any seasoning or char. At $3.75 it’s hard to beat this burger for the value and convenience.
