“Let me start off by saying, I accidentally dined and dashed at Katy’s with a group of friends when I was in college. Even though it’s been nearly 20 year. I still feel guilted into giving the Burg a full letter grade higher than it should (and tipped the waitstaff 100% gratuity). This is an average burger at best. Two “smash” patties adorned with cheese and grilled onions on top with lettuce, tomato, pickle and special sauce below. The appearance was burger. Things I liked. The bun! Thought it was going to be a cheap cook out burger bun. Ended up holding together really well. The grilled onions and cheese on top was good flavor/texture. Typically I’d like a caramelized onion. But the slightly under grilled style gave some good bite. The below the Pattie accouterments had nice flavor (although the tomato was hours away from being mealy. The secret sauce or pickles were a little spicy which I liked. The patties were fine. Just fine. I don’t know maybe a little under seas”
